Si se tiene fiebre se recomienda no hacer ejercicio. Dale tiempo a tu cuerpo para descansar y recuperarse. Una vez que ya no est\u00e9 enfermo, puede volver a su programa de ejercicios. Espere al menos 48 horas despu\u00e9s de que haya desaparecido la fiebre antes de volver a intentarlo.<\/p>

M\u00e9todo \u201creposo, hielo, presi\u00f3n y elevaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong><\/p>

Mantenga la zona lesionada en reposo. <\/strong>La cantidad de descanso depende de la gravedad de la lesi\u00f3n. Para la mayor\u00eda de las lesiones menores, es seguro y, de hecho, beneficioso continuar realizando actividades ligeras.<\/p>
