R\u00e9p\u00e9tez ce processus les 3 premi\u00e8res heures apr\u00e8s avoir subi la blessure, apr\u00e8s quoi 2 traitements de glace de 15 minutes par jour suffiront. N\u2019appliquez pas de chaleur dans les 24 \u00e0 36 premi\u00e8res heures puisque celle-ci a tendance \u00e0 faire augmenter l\u2019enflure.<\/p>

Une compression ou une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression \u00e0 l\u2019aide du sac de glace permet de limiter l\u2019enflure.<\/strong> Appliquez la pression \u00e9galement en enveloppant la r\u00e9gion bless\u00e9e dans un bandage \u00e9lastique. Ne serrez pas le bandage trop fort afin d\u2019\u00e9viter de couper la circulation sanguine. Si le bandage est trop serr\u00e9, si vous ressentez un engourdissement, des crampes ou de la douleur, ou si l\u2019enflure s\u2019aggrave, refaites le bandage.<\/p>
